We use specialized, secure packaging designed to keep plants stable and hydrated during transit. Each order is hand-picked and inspected for quality before leaving our nursery.
When will my order ship?
Shipping times vary by your USDA Hardiness Zone to ensure plants are shipped at the optimal planting time for your region. Most orders ship within 3-5 business days.
Do you offer a survival guarantee?
Yes, we offer a 30-day guarantee on all plants. If your plant arrives damaged or does not survive within the first month, please contact us with a photo for a replacement or store credit.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Orders can be modified or cancelled within 24 hours of placement. Once a plant has been prepared for shipment in our nursery, we are unable to make changes.
